"Poor disabled access to collection point"

I've used Broomhill sorting office to pick up parcels for many years and find the staff pleasant and helpful. It is advertised as having disabled access and there is a ramp to the collection office. However, there is now no disabled parking - the two disabled parking spaces in the yard were coned off today and a member of staff told me that they would no longer be available and would be used instead for vans. The busy street outside has double yellow lines on both sides for a substantial distance and the nearest parking is on residential streets across that busy road. This does not constitute reasonable access - what are you going to do about it Royal Mail?.
