"Hopeless"

Missed parcel….strange as I was in.

No card left to enable me to pick it up at sorting office. Only a re delivery option. First option in four days time AND I need to pay £1.20. for the privilege of waiting in all day.

This is a poor, non customer oriented service.

Surely you can do better than this!.
