"Missed parcel lost card put threw door"

Do yous have a parcel for a miss mccabe from amazon i think but its to big to post and signatures reauired.can i arrange another delivery to 154 broomhill drive ,10/e g117nf please.ps cant phone yous with my bundle not allowed to call they dear nbrs with the bundle i get with phone monthly.i do have photographic id just not the card i need must of miss placed it. Cant find anywhere
