Hampden cars is the biggest company in the south side of glasgow, The phones are really busy at times like all other companies, the thing with us is we are becoming more popular in all areas of glasgow and more people are calling us, We cant keep up with demand all the time as its almost impossible to say when it will be busy. Then there is the taxi drivers, Any problems with the drivers you should contact the head office. Waiting times can be high from time to time during busy periods,Due to all drivers being self employed. They choose the days & times they work not us..
