I've used G Force for years, I'd make the effort to spend the extra to support a small chain shop. Not any more. Long story short - I called the Glasgow store 3 times in one day and got conformation that the Xbox360 I was bringing in could be traded for a new unit. After a long journey via public tranport in the snow, I got there, and was told that the console I was trading wasn't up to their standards - this despite explaining over the phone the way my console was. THREE TIMES.

I'll never set foot in their stores again. .
