Put in an xbox one with an already diagnosed hdmi port problem. 4 weeks later receive a text saying hdmi irreparable then a call to say hard drive I repairable then a further call back saying was graphics and hard drive issue that was irreparable and this all took 4 weeks! Now they can discount a new machine😀😀😀😀 so was a 60 quid repair now need a new machine even tho is just out of Microsoft warranty? Not happy with the service not happy it's taken so long and reeks of a mistake at thee end that they're trying to cover up
