"Lost hat!"

I lost my favourite beanie hat in m&s on Monday. I phoned this morning to ask if it had been found and put in list property. The woman took my name and number and said she'd enquire. Sure enough, five minutes later I got a call to say they had my hat and would keep it safely until such times as I could collect it. Everyone I spoke with was kind and courteous and I can't praise them highly enough!.
