"Useless for mental health"

I told my GP I don't respond too CBT/Talking therapies.He referred me here.Appointment took ages.I walked on and a pile of CBT literature was waiting for me on the desk.I simply walked out.No treatment in this place just fob you off with bits of paper and they still get paid.Total joke of a place for help.
