Today is Time to Talk day. the aim is to have a million conversations about mental health. Just talking about mental health can make a really big difference, and it doesn't have to be anything big- just sending a text, asking how the people around you are, going for a walk and making some some can make all the difference.

So, facebook friends, how are you? How are you feeling? How's your day doing? What's on your mind?
