Was told you assistant that time had lapsed as I was not told for how long it lasted !, I had purchased 2 jumpers - so paid for them.so I have lost £31. At 81 and shopping with you for years. I have been seriously Ill and unable to go shopping I cannot afford just loose this money !,,, Your assistantwas very unhelpful,.
