"No reply to letter sent to Mr McGeoch: Chief Executive officer M@Co Glasgow"

On the 9 January I wrote to the Chief Executive Officer of M@Co expressing concern over the way my partner had been treated on returning a pair of jeggings to the Teignmouth, Devon store. The store member being rude and none helpful, with my partner returning home very upset as she had been a loyal long standing customer at this store, no reply to my letter was forthcoming. I note the other reviews regarding M@Co and it appears that customers have experienced similar problems with poor service and rudeness by members of this firm. While appreciating that we are in difficult time, customers do have rights and maybe if M@Co cannot take more positive steps in dealing with customers complaints then further action my be required such some press coverage on the problem, or even television. One must wonder if M@Co take note of these reviews!.
