"Not happy"

I bought wall paper from Libby's discount shop, my decorator came this morning to put it up he got one piece up then noticed there was a flaw running right through the rest of the paper. While he waited I went down to the shop, unfortunately they had none of the paper and told me they weren't getting it back in.l I said to the assistant that I really should get my money back but she said NO they didn't give refunds but I told her that it was the law when the goods were faulty but she wasn't budging, as my car meter was due to run out I had to go but left a very unhappy customer. I am now left with one piece of wallpaper up and had to pay the decorator for his time👎👎👎😢😢😢ðŸ
