They do NOT REFUND any extra rolls of wallpaper, it is common practice to buy an extra roll or two, to allow for a mistake or if you have miscalculated. They are aware of this practice, so their no refund policy is basically ripping off the customer.

After all, who wants a credit note for more paper, after finishing the job?

I specifically asked if I could return extra rolls at the time of sale, only to be refused and given a useless credit note.
