"Not counting on getting my order......Your NUMBER's up KFC"

A review of KFC by NUMERO UNO written on Thursday 2nd of July 2015

For the THIRD time in the past TWELVE months I have been conned out of my hard-earned money (please note the use of upper case for numbers).

Every now and again my family has a notion for some KFC takeaway and we always go for the same order.A TEN piece Bargain Bucket, TWO large side orders of chicken gravy and ONE Toasted Twister meal. Not the most complicated of orders.is it?

With the Bargain Bucket you get TEN pieces of chicken and FOUR portions of fries. With the Twister meal you get ONE Toasted Twister wrap, ONE portion of fries and ONE regular drink. The side order of TWO large portions of chicken gravy comes as FOUR small tubs (are you with me so far ?) Now, without having to use a calculator, a FIVE year-old child could tell you that my order should contain FIVE portions of fries.

So.on the FIRST of the THREE occasions on which I have been conned, I arrived home with my KFC takeaway to find only FOUR portions of fries. On the SECOND occasion I came home with only THREE portions of fries. On the most recent occasion (tonight) Thursday 2nd July 2015 between 6.00 and 6.30pm, I had only FOUR portions of fries and NINE pieces of chicken ? The only bit they got right was the ONE regular drink and the FOUR small tubs of gravy.

Might I therefore suggest that some staff training is required. In particular some basic Primary ONE adding might be useful. Failing that, the next best suggestion would be to hire some FIVE year-olds to check the orders before handing them over to the customer. Let me finish by saying that there is ONE thing KFC Darnley can count on and that is.I will not be back anytime soon, They are definitely not my NUMBER ONE choice..
