"Worst visit to kfc ever"

Worst place ever. Just back from there with my 4 mth old baby, who is on medication and asked the manager for hot water. He totally refused to give me it unless I paid for a tbag. Worst of all he then had the worst attitude ever telling me to come prepared with my baby. People like this should never get to work with the public. .
