"Very bad service"

Hi I went and purchased a bathroom suit I was told it would be here on time no problems I got the guys to pull out my old bathroom and I went to get my new suit to be told that there was a part missing I took what was there hopeing that the other unit would follow it never did and with the bathroom fitters going to another job I had to make do with another unit which is not what I payed for the manager would not even come out to talk to me I have ended up with a bathroom that is not what I wanted and payed out a lot of money and its still not write I just want to warn other people that once thay have your money thay tell you lie after lie and thay don't seem bothered about helping you the nightmare continues .
