"Will not shop there again"

I bought a few items estimate price £900 one of the items was a glass basin for my toilet, after it was fitted a small chip was notice. When I called them I was told to bring it back I went through the return procedure I was sent to the back door to get a replacement, after about 15 minutes I saw the salesman coming towards me he told me the manager was not replacing it because it had been fitted. To cut a long story short I saw the manager and he was defiant I asked him about consumer rights and trading standards he didn't budge even although I was right, I had to buy a new basin and I told him I was taking it further, the basin cost £175 plus vat..
