"Telephone appointments are terrible"

I phoned on Thursday for an appointment for the following Tuesday which is 6 days in advance. Only to be told by a very unhelpful girl that I would need to phone back on Tuesday at 08:30am. Even then I might not see a doctor. 6 days terrible..
