"Repeat prescriptions How bad a service do yuo receive"

Out of the last 24 prescriptions the blue surgery has failed 18 times to get it wright. After 35yrs attending this practice i am treated like some kind of idiot by some young lady with an attitude problem. i would expect that a senior citizen would be treated with even a little patience. now i find myself without my morphine sulphate till some ill mannered young lady decides to send it to the proper chemist. not the best treatment a terminally ill patient would expect. i was also unable to speak to the practice manager as i was told the person in question only replys to written complaints. not very good in an emergency. or is it just a way to prevent patients from complaining. after telling the young lady this was not acceptable i was told i could sign in to another surgery. this particular surgery has two of the best doctors i have ever dealt with and no intolerent young lady is going to force me out of these doctors care. seems to me the practice manager should take calls and do some attitude re-alignment courses.
