"Trifle"

Just been to southbank for a short break on 29th oct 2010 the hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpfull but unfortunately the meals wererubbish the roast beef was tough the trifle well i have never seen a trifle made in this manner before in my life the jelly was not set it was just water but whoever made should a medal for manageing to get the awful custard to actualy sit on top of non set jelly without collapsing to the bottom beats and and they had the cheak to put a blob of cream on top of that

i always enjoy my time with blackpoolo promotions and have tried all there hotels over a great number of years but this was terrible i will never accept that hotel again you pay the same money for all the others epsecialy the boston and get far better value for your money but that one was full when i booked very dissapointed .
