Well a short while ago i was in booking my holiday at the glasgow office and the young lady mima who was serving me was lovely she was so well mannered and really helpful .

The manager Mr Kerr who was also helping with the booking of my holiday was also really helpful and cheery.

Along with the staff above there was another lady , i didnt catch her name but she sure was cracking a lot of jokes therefore the office had a lovely atmosphere in it.

I would recommend you ask for Mr kerr or Mima anytime you are booking as they were so nice and helpful althouh respect works both ways so dont be rude or cheeky - a little bit of advice
