"Definetely Not Customer Focus"

I got an order worth £600 pounds with them. I asked them thousands of questions to make sure that everything was going to be perfect. But what they never mentioned was that the curtains were going to be made of two pieces joined together! It looks really cheap, if I had known it I wouldn't have bothered with this and would have bought them in Ikea.

I phoned the manager and he said that they expect customers to know that this is the only way to make curtains. Well, they make curtains everyday, why can't they explain that little but very important thing. Now they tell me to fold it at the point where the two fabrics are joint, how sad!

Very unfriendly on the phone. I am really upset as I feel that I've waisted a lot of money. .
