We were given vouchers to the value of £80-00 to spend on riding lessons as a Christmas gift. As our relative had bought the vouchers in November, they were only valid from 6 months from that date. We tried to book in late May to use the vouchers only to be told that we were several days past the expiry date. We pleaded with them to let us use the vouchers as £80-00 was a lot of money and we would be booking further sessions. The owners did not relent and we lost our £80-00. We are now regulars at another stable where they understand the concept of goodwill..
