"I wouldnt have thought"

I was on a businesss trip that took me along springburn road and decided to stop in the kfc for lunch. I placed my order and was completely prepared for the reasonably common hassle you'd expect in fast food places.

Needn't have worried though, the staff were friendly and answered any questions I had easily, the wait for my meal was short and the food quality was higher than some supposed 4 star restaurants I've been to.

When one of the staff was cleaning table next to me I was asked if i needed anything else and when i left i bumped into the manageron on duty who asked if everything had been satisfactory. I honestly cant wait to go back, its not often you get service like that these days..
