"A cut above the rest..."

Shirley's is a very friendly open place to be if you want your hair done in a calm environment.  Staff are excellent at their job and you even get offered a complimentary cuppa and biscuits into the bargain.  Prices are not bad, pretty average, but you come out feeling a million dollars..
