Hey guys

ive been in contact with Kahula Cameron over the past few days as ive been trying to find out whats happening so I can claim back from my insurance. Its been a good few weeks now since I have heard anything. Basically whats happening is she needs to be made bankrupt before we can get our money back through the inurance company. however when I contacted the owners she has advised me that she need someone to petition her for bankruptcy as she legally can not get voluntary banruptcy. I have researched into this and I cant see any reason why she cant voluntary make her self bankrupt. my insurance company have advised me that they are dealing with a number of us girls affected by this and they are not going to be paying out any until they are bankrupt. however the owners are advising that some girls have been paid out as the email she has sent and the statement on the website is enough fo us to get our money back?

is there anyone out there that has had a refund from their insurance company?? is everyone having the same probelems as me?

does anyone have any other advice they can share? kind feels like im hitting a brick wall!!
