"Worst Customer Service Ever!!!"

I was in the glasgow Trongate store on a normal weekday.It was not busy,Only 2 customers being served at the tills which took 6 staff to serve them.

I waited in the queue for at least over 10min & when i finally got served the cashier never once made eye contact,apologised for the wait or even said goodbye.

i work in customer service myself in a busy store & find this lack of manners unacceptable.

If i was a mystery shopper u would have scored zero points across the board(fast,friendly & effient,thats a joke).

Needless to say i wont be back!! .
