When the second statement came up on the webiste by Kalua Cameron I called the number. Kahlua answered and I believe she was genuinely concerned. She advised me she would try and sort something for me, give her time. Really if she was aware of all that was going on would she put her phone number and email on the website? I dont think so.

I then emailed Kahlua back to see if there was any update. She replied then after many emails she gave me a sample dress. The dress isnt damaged or worn, just needs dry cleaned. Infact its better than the original dress I ordered (and paid in full).

Kahlua and her family were all in the shop with her that day - getting abuse from customers. If you could have seen the mess of the shop, I felt so sympathetic for Kahlua as this was her pride and joy. Kahlua has put her hands up and admitted her mistakes, I think she should be given a break. Its not just Mr & Mrs Cameron effected, its also her Mum and Dad who have helped physically and financially.
