"Paying twice and no refund in sight"

Got my dress today just in time as i get married in 2 weeks, now its costing me another £245 to get it altered, seen today that owner of Christina Rossi came over and is trying to help girls get their dresses on time and giving them for half price which is great but what about the ones who had to get dresses quickly and pay more than half price for them? as well as an extra alteration package, it seems that us girls getting married sooner have been left worse off than others find this pretty much sucks, as not only are we out more money but also very unlikely to see any sort of refund. When is someone going to step in and help us out?

Anyone any ideas on this???? Good luck to all girls needing a dress i hope you all get sorted in time for your big day.
