"What next???"

I am in the same situation as most of you b2b and have paid in full etc, however my insurance company said on the phone that i need a copy of my receipt and I can not get a hold of anyone who knows what to do next?? I have nightmares that the order book has been torched so do any ex-staff know how i would be able to get a copy of my order? Or if there is an order book that still exists? I have no way of getting my money back frrom my insurance company unless I get my receipt!! .
