Ordered and paid for my daughter's wedding dress in Feb for wedding July of next year. Spoke to Christina Rossi helpline and told dress order received but NO PAYMENT! Need to buy it again at cost price. Just wanted to say that it is such a pity, the staff were lovely and the dresses were beautiful. The dress my daughter chose was called 'Fairytale' and she looked so beautiful in it. After speaking to BOS Visa I am very worried that they will not honour Section 75 that I was advised about by Trading Standards. I thought if you paid by credit card you were covered, this may not be the case. The lack of communication or news to all the brides who have not been so lucky in getting their dresses is despicable. Someone please give us an update as to what is happening with Administration etc. Anyway, I would just like to say that the staff were very nice and it was a lovely shop, just such a pity the owners have conducted themselves in this manner. They have to live with themselves, that is if they have a conscience which I doubt!!!.
