"Paid dress in full but no way of getting that back"

Fortunately my dress is still with the suppliers, and not yet been shipped, but it was paid in full to capri skies in october 2008, as was my veil plus the allterations. I will get my dress, but have lost alot of money.How do i retrieve this back? !!!!!!!!!!!!.
