"Receiver's Details??"

Has anyone heard any more about receiver's details or is there anything posted at the shop?

I can't get a straight answer out of the supplier of my dress. They say they can't confirm that my dress wasn't sent to the store because of non-payment. They just say they have it in their possession and i am now having to order it through another shop.

I am trying to sort out my credit card claim and it's not standing up very much at the moment. But what else can i do? I don't have the money to pay for a second dress before getting the money back for the first!.
