I spoke to people today and you will be covered under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 Section 75. Banks will try get out of it i am told but quote that to them. You are covered im told by credit card. Phone 08454040506-They were very helpful and had a note on there records from Trading Sandards saying the shop was under investigation. They gave me the above information.Even if you paid £100 on card you can apparently claim the WHOLE amount back. Hope that helps .
