"Ex-Staff ...Please HELP!!!!"

I purchase my Wedding Dress from Capri Skies on 11th Oct 08 order NO. 5015 and paid for it it full.

My order form does not state a style number but I know its a Christiana Rossi dress. It is an ivory taffeta strapless dress with lace up back, there are folds of material on the skirt and a ribbon around the waist. I was told it was a limited edition dress when I purchased it. Can anyone help me with regards to the style number or name of this gown??? I am desperate to try and source it, my wedding is in 10weeks.... Please respond urgently
