The police we spoke to on sat outside capri skies advised us to go to the shop on Monday morning for it opening. I wont be able to get time off work but my mum and my fiance are going to go for 10am if not before. I'm praying that someone turns up, even if it is the liqudators. If your going take receipts or anything you have as proof as if your dress has been paid for in full you legally have the rights to it and anyone witholding it can be done for theft.

I spoke to a girl tonight from a SWD forum who is keeping notes of all the brides in the same situation and is going to organise a meet up and see about legal action and making sure capri skies and the owners can never trade again under a different name

Think the more of us that stick together and decide to take action against them the better

Its a horrible thing to have to go through let alone weeks before your wedding.
