Hi dawnie, my cousin was married last year and her designer was phil collins, so thats prob who it is. there is a shop in port glasgow called fine things who are great and stock his designs. hope you get on ok with it. my friend is in same position, no dress and 7 weeks to go. absolute nightmare. hope this helps you..
