I have dealt with Capri Skies recently and found the whole experience straight forward. I found the staff and owners a pleasure to do business with.

Obviously something catastrophic has happened for them to close, and my heart goes out to all yous wee lassies.

The business suffered by bad press a year ago, not from an upset client, but from a competitor, which has since took arms and legs.

The company who instigated this nonsense, should look at themselves in the mirror, and think how the brides are upset. Don't shoot the messager. The wedding dress imarket is so intense, that it seems the whole business is run on rumour and counter rumour.

My advice is with any wedding company, only pay the deposit, and only pay the balance nearer the time, and more importantly always, always pay be card, Do not be tempted to get a discount if paying 100% up front.

Better still only deal with companies who offer a refundable deposit,

wheather it is dresses, favours, photography, cars, venues.
