"WHY!!!!"

I picked and paid for my dress in march this year, it was over £1000 now i find out that i am not going to get it! I cant fault the staff, when i went in the assistant, diane, that was dealing with me was fab. She picked out my perfect dress without me even saying anything. I was told i had to pay for the dress in full to qualify for the discount they were giving that day, i feel sorry for the staff that have been screwed the same as us. Im gutted that im not going to get my dress of my dreams and i hope the owners of this store realise how many dreams they have crushed!.
