In spite of what the DCA apologists say on here about requesting you CCA. It is a legal right that you can demand it from AIC. They have 12 working days to produce it. If they fail to do so they are in default and you can legally refuse to pay them. Do not be bullied by them. Do not speak to them on the phone. Its your right..
