"My stay at Ar caladh"

I have just finished over 3 months at

Ar caladh i had a drink problem for

10 years and i feel my stay in the house

was brilliant the support was grate

from the staff and the peers

the groups everyday was very helpful

ive been out for near 2 weeks

and ive still not drunk

i would just like to thank all the staff

for all the support through all the hard

times
