"Blackpool promotions does it again"

Once again Blackpool Promotions does it again exceeding all expectations about my latest trip with them.last year i booked a trip to the Boston hotel and enjoyed it very much even though it was a bit far out from the town centre but that was last year .This year we decided to try the Royal Carlton hotel which is closer to the centre,after booking for two my wife said that she would like to take her friend with us who is blind and uses a guide dog so it was back on the phone to try and arrange anothe place for her (and her dog) which we were told no problems.When we got on the coach we found thet they had reserved the two front seats for us to save having to take the dog to far back the coach neadless to say the guide dog was the star attraction and everybody had to have a pat as they passed her.when we arrived at the Royal Carlton we found that they had arranged for our friend to have a room on the ground floor so that it would be easy to take the dog out for her walks easily,I cannot praise the staff enough for all they did for us over the weekend nothing was to much trouble and they were always in a happy mood no matter what was put in front of them .
