"WRONG AGAIN"

In response to "they think they are god"

You are full of s***, saying that does not get you off the hook! And the credit crunch does not mean that people are being let off either!

I am proud to work there and think their method of collections gets results.....and it does!

Everything we say to is strictly monitored and recorded, any staff breaking these strict rules are sacked immediately.

So before you critisize the company, read your bloody contracts! The reason you have to deal with us is because your original creditor no longer wants to deal with you due to tha fact you are wasting their time and resources by being such a bad customer.

We are not breaking the law!

And for the record, the worst thing you can do is pay £1 per week or ask to be taken to court, it just builds you a bigger hole.....trust me, I work there and know how it works!.
