Had a family member who had aggressive calls from this company. They have broken every rule in the book. Cannot pressure you into payments you cannot make, or make several phone calls. Basically cannot treat you any different the company who passed on the debt. Tell them to get lost, offer them a payment you can comfortably afford. If they refuse your offer tell them take it or leave it. Cannot come to your house and demand payment they are not balliffs. Tell them you know your rights and that you are going to report them.

If they take you to court make sure you get names, date of call, time and brief outline of conversation. Are not allowed to discuss your debt with any other member of family or go to neighbours and ask questions about you. .
