"Poor service, poor food and still hungry."

There were a few of us and we had booked a table but had to wait for our table when we arrived because it was not ready. In fact when we were shown to our "table" it was actually various tables in the one area and rather than share our meal together we all sat at individual tables - can't quite understand why we had to wait in the first place. There was no cutlery at some settings and partial cutlery at others. There was obviously a staffing problem that night and it took nearly an hour for our food to arrive. The fish was lovely but other than that the rest of it was sub-standard, poor quality and extremely overpriced for the half portion we received. The long awaited puddings didn't actually arrive due to the fact that nobody in the kitchen told the waiting staff that they didn't actually have any pudding left!!!! Needless to say we won't be back..
