City facilities managers need all the help that they can get, they are so inexperienced and under so much pressure.It is up to supervisors to educate them in the ways to communicate to their staff.I have found that this is the best way forward ,unfortunately you always get some over educated git who thinks because he can spell and has good grammar that he is above all that,
