"Orkney - did you blink"

5 day trip to Orkney (SEpt'23) marred by a very much NOT luxury coach. Little leg room. Toilets unapproachable. Cracked windscreen. Driver uninformed about destinations and no courier. Glided past Maes Howe without as much as a nod to its existence. Tours were at times by vote. First stop hotel in Thurso diabolical - Kirkwall hotel good - Strathspey so-so. Most stops were in retail parks very similar to home. All in all far from the brochure vision. More importantly balanced feedback to the company (via mail and e-mail) has been completely ignored: never a sign of a competent company..
