Went in on 21st December (so, busy Christmas period) to have a valuation done on a couple of items & was initially told it would take a few days. After explaining that I was needing something a little quicker (my own fault. I left it to the last minute & didn't realise the work that was required), the lovely assistant went to talk to her colleague to see what could be done. She came back with the option of leaving the items with them for a few hours & then I could collect the items at the end of the day & they would post out the paperwork for the valuation the following day. Perfect! And, as promised, the paperwork has arrived today (23rd December). Cannot praise them enough!.
