"Damaged my watch"

Put watch in for a new battery they said it needed to be sent away that's fine then go to pick it up and to be told that the winder was missing and they couldn't replace the battery told him that the watch was in perfect order when he got it and was told sorry it must have been like that when I took it in not happy at all was given the money back for the battery and told it was nothing to do with them.
