"After care"

So pleased initially with the service, however, aftercare not good. Asked for documentation for my engagement ring but never received. Still waiting 6weeks on even after several phone calls and a letter. Still no documents for my engagement ring. I have no idea what carat or value or anything my ring is for insurance purposes. So disappointed..
